USA Lead Club: In Depth Review

USA Lead Club is really gone viral in the last two week and many of the biggest names in Internet Marketing are promoting this service to their entire organizations.

In this detailed review I’m going to hit on every point that I believe is important if you’re going to make an educated decision in whether or not to join.

1. Lead volume and delivery rate.

As a member of USA Lead Club you get 135 leads every day. 135 is an interesting number. Not sure how they came up with it, don’t really care. 135 leads per day x 30 days works out to just over 4k leads per month. The delivery rate of 135 days does mean things are a bit slow as your leads build. But as the days pile up you do have a massive list of leads to work with. In my experience with the USA Lead Club my first few sales came very quickly, in my first 3 sets of 135 leads actually. So my results were coming in steadily as my leads came in. Not a big deal. Sure you could you give you 4000 leads all in one day if they wanted to, but I image its due to their method of acquiring the leads that is the reason for the slower rate of delivery. In summary, ya. 135 per day, roughly 4k/month. Slower delivery is fine if the leads are quality, which leads me into my second point.

2. Overall lead quality

Lets face it. You can go out online and buy a list of 100k leads for $10. You however get what you pay for. Anyone selling you 100k or more leads for a few bucks is ripping you off. The leads will be old and stale, most will bounce and you’ll probably get your autoresponder account shut down by mailing them. USA Lead Club’s leads are not old leads. They are all less than 72 hours old, or in other words VERY fresh. See my freshness point below for more info. The quality of these leads is amazing from my testing and the reason is because of the 3 questions USA Lead Club asks the leads before the opt in to become a lead. USA Lead Club uses back end capture pages that asks the leads 3 questions, and they have to check YES before they can optin and become a lead. This is USA Lead Club’s way of screening the leads for you. Yes, you should be thankful. Most companies will give you any crap lead they collect because they are too cheap to waste any. The 3 questions are pretty simple but they touch on 3 very import areas that influence the response rate your leads will have on your offers.

(1) Do you have a valid credit care? The lead HAS to answer YES to proceed.

(2) Are you willing to invest AT LEAST $100 in the right opportunity. The lead HAS to answer YES to proceed.

(3) Are you ready to get started within the next 30 days? The lead HAS to answer YES to proceed.

It’s pretty easy to understand that if a lead answers yes to these 3 questions, they will be more responsive to your pitch and buy from you. If people don’t have credit cards they can’t buy from you. If they don’t want to at least invest $100 they probably won’t be a good lead. And if they have a bunch of excuses why they can’t join today, they won’t be a good lead. From my testing of USA Lead Club’s leads, these 3 questions make all the difference in my sales. If they weren’t screened this way they probably wouldn’t be as good of leads, that’s a fact.

3. Method of lead collection.

From my interaction with USA Lead Club’s support department, USA Lead Club promotes their capture pages all over the internet through a variety of different advertising mediums. Banner ads, PPC’s, traffic excahnges, safelists, sponsor ads you name it. Basically USA Lead Club has a large budget they use to promote these capture pages and they bank all the leads collected, then distribute them to members as the leads are due. This aligns with the less than 72 hour freshness of the leads. They are basically supplying leads to customers in near real time as they are each due 135 per day. One of my concerns was if the supply fell below the demand and members didn’t get their leads on time, or at all. From talking with support they have no foreseen issues in supplying all members with their leads on time.

4. Lead freshness

As I mentioned above, all leads are less than 72 hours old. Very good in my opinion. The fresher the lead the better in most cases. If you buy leads that are tool old, by the time they hear from you the lead forgets what they opted in for etc. 72 hours is very good for the price.

5. Lead data

When you are on the browser/download leads page in the USA Lead Club members area you can take a look at the raw lead data without pulling down the csv file, which is nice. You can check out the optin dates and ips without having to import the data into a spreadsheet. The info they give you is full name, ip address, email address, optin date and answer to the 3 qualifying questions, which is obvious YES or they wouldn’t have delivered the lead to you. Overall good data supplied and easy to access when needed.

6. Lead Usage

As I mentioned above you can browse the lead data without downloading the csv and importing in to Excel or google docs. Probably one of the best features in USA Lead Club is the free use of their drag ‘n drop broadcaster. It’s pretty much an autoresponder that has been coded to work with the leads. You have 2 options, you can drag and drop each set of 135 leads you want over into the mailer, or just click “mail all” and the mailer will let you contact every lead your account has built up. I choose to mail all leads each time I use the mailer, unless I am testing a specific batch that I believe is more response than the others. I do download my leads so I have a copy of them on my computer incase I want to use a 3rd party autoresponder, and just for safe keeping. After all they are MY leads right? So the lead usage is very good. You browse the lead data in real time from within the members area. Download the csv file if you want, or just use the free Broadcaster to mail them every day. They do limit you to 1 mailing every 24 hours however. But who’s complaining, its a free mailer and do you really want to be hammering your leads multiple times per day? Once per day is plenty, leave it at that. I guess you’ll have to.. haha.

7. Reputation

If you google USA Lead Club and do some reading on internet marketing forums and google its easy to see this lead vendor has a pretty slick reputation. You’ll see reviews from all kinds of marketers. Some beginners, some experts. The story is usually the same. The leads are good, they are responsive and people are getting sales from them.

8. Personal experience

I’ve tested quite a few different affiliate programs and opportunity pitches on my USA Lead Club leads and the bottom line is they are buying from me. I credit the freshness for this but most importantly the 3 question qualifying questions they get asked before they can opt in. I’ve tested everything from clickbank offers to clicksure offers to top opportunities like 4 Corners. Basically if you have a good offer and you present it to your USA Lead Club leads in a logical way, they will indeed buy from you. Be consistent with your mailings and be creative, you’ll get alot of sales over time.

9. Experiences of others I personally know.

I personally know 8 people that use USA Lead Club on a daily basis like I do and their results are similar. When researching a new program I like to read reviews as well as ask around to people I personally know and trust. Safe to say these 8 people are getting similar results, so thats good.

10. Price

$30 every month plus a $30 admin fee. So you’re basically paying $60 to join then $30 every 30 days after that. This is a very reasonable price for what you get. Considering the high quality of the leads you’re going to break even on your first months fee within a few mailings, or at least I did.

11. Affiliate Program

USA Lead Club does payout on referrals as well as give you bonus leads for having at least 1 active person on your 1st level. As for commissions, you get $5/month for each person you personally bring in, $4/month for the people they bring in, $3/month on 3rd level referrals, $2/month on 4th level referrals and $1/month on 5th level referrals. So basically $5, $4, $3, $2, $1 on 5 levels recurring. A popular compensation structure these days that works quite well considering the service works so well. You don’t earn much on each person you bring in but since the leads are good, your referrals keep paying and you keep earning. They also spread the word since they are happy with their results so your 5 levels fill fast. I’d promote USA Lead Club to my team even if they didn’t offer compensation, the leads are simply that good. Apparantly you can’t create multiple accounts in USA Lead Club to get additional leads so that brings me to the bonus lead part. If you have at least 1 person on your first level that is active, meaning you earned $5 on them and they are upgraded, you get an extra 65 leads per day, taking you from 135 leads per day to an even 200 leads per day. So you get 50% more leads per day buy referring just one person. A good reason alone to promote out.

12. Owners

I’ve personally spoken to both Co-Founders of USA Lead Club and they are honest, straight forward marketers that aren’t just out there to make a fast buck. They have dumped their time and energy into this project and it shows.

Tanner Campbell – Co-Founder & Lead Acquisition
Daniela Milano – Co-Founder & Lead Acquisition
Ricardo Benavides – Customer Care
Kevin Maxwell – Programming & Design

11. Final opinion.

In an era where garbage is pumped out on a near daily basis, its quite refreshing to see a lead service like USA Lead Club trying to make a change. The leads are of amazing quality. The Drag ‘n Drop Broadcaster is fast, efficient and effective and the bottom line is I’m making far more from the leads than it costs me to buy them. I answer a big YES to USA Lead Club.
